Born in South Africa and working between Cape Town and Turin, Italy, André Jacobs creates fragmented works on paper that explore memory, belonging and inherited histories. Constructed piece by piece, his works use fragmentation as both process and metaphor, inviting viewers to assemble meaning from what remains incomplete.
